　　備忘錄，是我們英語寫作的一個應用文其中的一種。

　　備忘錄英文作文范文篇1

　　備忘錄，顧名思義，是一種錄以備忘的文本，用來提醒、督促對方，或就某個問題提出看法或意見。它一般用于補充正式文件的不足，它的內容可以分為以下幾項：

　　1.書端(Heading)

　　2.收件人的姓名、頭銜、地址(Address’s Name, Title, Address)

　　3.正文(Body)

　　4.結束語(Complimentary Close)

　　5.署名(Signature)

　　書端的內容有：發文單位的名稱、地址、發文日期、電話、電報掛號、電傳號等等。書信格式與一般信件相同。

　　收文人或單位的姓名、頭銜、地址寫在左上角。稱呼頂格寫，一般用Dear Sir, 對政府官員可用Sir?！笆掠伞币豁椵^少使用，可以在稱呼之前或之后，其前加Re或Docket，subject。寫在稱呼前時要頂格寫，在稱呼之后時寫在信箋的正中，詞句簡練。

　　正文，結束語和署名各項與一般信件的格式相同。
