托福聽(tīng)力信號(hào)詞大全

信號(hào)詞是聯(lián)接上下語(yǔ)篇的單詞或者短語(yǔ)，起到了連貫作用。信號(hào)詞在手，還怕找不到重點(diǎn)?不是手到擒來(lái)嗎~

主旨

一般出現(xiàn)在講座的開(kāi)頭，例如：

Last time, we talked about ...

Today, we will be discussing ...

We’ve been talking about ...

Today, let’s discuss ...

Continuing ...

Today, we will ...

但是要注意有些時(shí)候在點(diǎn)明主題之前會(huì)提到別的信息，只要記住“today”后的才是重點(diǎn)就行了，千萬(wàn)不要被誤導(dǎo)了!

舉例

在托福聽(tīng)力中，教授也會(huì)舉例進(jìn)行說(shuō)明。在說(shuō)明事物或事理時(shí)，舉出一些準(zhǔn)確恰當(dāng)，有代表性的例子，就能化抽象為具體，化繁為簡(jiǎn)，把事理淺顯化，通俗易懂。

例子一定要好好聽(tīng)，需要記下來(lái)，但是例子只是用來(lái)論證觀點(diǎn)，使觀點(diǎn)更充分的，因此觀點(diǎn)才是考點(diǎn)，態(tài)度轉(zhuǎn)變常考!

It is just like ...

例：Roman pottery for example, it was typically glazed so it’s very shiny, easy to see against the soil. But, pottery of the early middle ages was brown or grey and it wasn’t glazed, so you’d have trouble spotting it at an excavation. It’s kind of camouflaged against the soil. So it’s easy to draw the wrong conclusions about population size based on the available evidence.

例子中提到了pottery的例子，對(duì)比了羅馬時(shí)期和中世紀(jì)早期的pottery的區(qū)別，例證的提示詞用到的是“for example”。

解釋

下定義也是講座中常見(jiàn)的內(nèi)容，被定義的概念是講座的關(guān)鍵內(nèi)容，需要做筆記!

對(duì)比

對(duì)于對(duì)比信號(hào)詞，考生除了注意比較級(jí)和Z高 級(jí)之外，還要多注意對(duì)比和類比。

記好口訣：對(duì)比聽(tīng)不同的地方，類比聽(tīng)相同的地方。

例：Graphene is the strongest material ever made. Its strength is due to its perfect crystal and atomic structure, which looks like chicken wire under a microscope actually.You could compare graphene to diamond because they’re both made of carbon atoms that are arranged in a simple and regular pattern.But unlike diamond, graphene is incredibly flexible akin to plastic wrap.And because of its atomic structure, graphene is also an outstanding heat conductor.Electrons speed through this material much faster than they can through other materials.

轉(zhuǎn)折

轉(zhuǎn)折是對(duì)前文的否定，轉(zhuǎn)折后面出現(xiàn)的信息往往更需要關(guān)注，即教授較終想要強(qiáng)調(diào)的點(diǎn)，也是考點(diǎn)出現(xiàn)的地方。

通過(guò)先陳述一部分事實(shí)或者拋出一個(gè)問(wèn)題，再來(lái)一個(gè)轉(zhuǎn)折信號(hào)詞，從而提出真正的觀點(diǎn)。
