　　導師一詞源自希臘語，古希臘埃勒夫西斯秘密宗教儀式的主祭司，主要工作是神秘宗教慶典中呈上圣物，并對初入教者解釋秘義。如今導師指高等學校或研究機關中指導他人學習、進修、或撰寫學術論文的教師或科研人員。
